Summer camp offers a variety of new educational experiences for youth: opportunities for self-discovery and accomplishment, group living and teamwork, new friendships, new skills, and plenty of just plain fun. 

 

 

2026 Camp Counselor Application


Horse Camp

Sunday, May 31st through Wednesday, June 11th, 2026
Warren County Fairgrounds, Lebanon, OH 
Cost: $ TBD

Registration: Opens 9:00am May 4th for 4-H members, TBD for non-4H members

Camp is limited to Warren County 4-H members, in grades 3 through 8, who are currently enrolled in a 4-H horse project.  Horse Camp is geared toward helping beginners gain riding experience and intermediate riders gain confidence by offering classes that sharpen riding skills and horse knowledge.  Horsemanship, Equitation, Contesting (Poles & Barrels), and Trail Riding are just a few of the sessions typically offered. 

We will also offer our Miniature Horse program with clinics geared specifically to the miniature horse exhibitor.  Topics being considered include: showmanship, ground driving, in-hand trail and jumping. 

There will be a variety of other activities such as a campfire, crafts, dance, and a horse show carnival.  Campers are expected to bring and be completely responsible for the care of their horse during camp.

Registrations will be accepted on a first-come basis.

4-H Day Camp

Registration: Opens 9:00am May 4th for 4-H members, May 11th for non-4-H members

4-H Day Camp is a 5-day camp open to all youth who have completed the 1st grade and have not yet entered high school. 4-H membership is not required. The goal of the camp is to encourage and inspire creativity in each camper. We do that through a wide range of activities, crafts, interactive games, the arts, and much more...

Campers also have the opportunity to sample a variety of workshops like; building creative structures, food art, mix-n-match art. storytelling/music/drama, and creative dance. Activities will be built around unique daily themes. 

Campers must have completed 1st grade but not yet entered high school...

4-H County Camp

Sunday, August 2nd through Thursday, August 6th, 2026
4-H Camp Graham, Clarksville, OH

Looking for a traditional camp experience complete with campfires, songs, skits, adventure hikes, swimming, canoeing, team challenges, talent show, and recreation in an outdoor setting?  County Camp is the place!

Campers must have completed the third grade, but not yet attended high school.
Limited to the first 125 registrants. 51 boys and 74 girls.
