Ms. Baker graduated from Wilmington High School and studied Business Management at Sinclair Community College. Brooke and her family live in Warren County and are the owners of Healthy Horse Ranch in Oregonia. Their two children help on the farm and are active Warren County 4-H members. Brooke has a passion for agriculture and brings management and administrative skills to the job along with having been a 4-H Organizational Club Leader.
