OSU Extension, Warren County will be presenting a two-part series workshop intended for parents, caregivers, and youth-serving adults who want to learn more about how to support LGBTQ+ youth. Both workshops will be held at OSU Extension, Warren County office(320 East Silver St, Lebanon, OH 45036). These workshops are free but we ask that you please pre-register at: go.osu.edu/lgbtqworkshop-reg.

Part 1: Introduction to LGBTQ+ Identities
Tuesday, October 11th, 6:30-8:00 pm
We will define basic LGBTQ+ terminology and provide important statistics about LGBTQ+ youth.

Part 2: How to Support LGBTQ+ Youth
Tuesday, October 18, 6:30-8:00 pm
We will dive deeper into the roles youth-serving adults play and how they can intentionally nurture an environment where youth of all sexual orientations and gender identities feel welcome, safe, and validated.
