Ohio Achievement Records

The OAR is the key to unlocking fun, exciting and educational trips as well as state recognition for their 4-H member project work?

The Ohio Achievement Record is used as the selection tool for several local and state opportunities. The OAR is available in December and must be returned to the Warren County Extension office by January 28, 2019.

Teens are eligible to represent Warren County on one of 4 statewide trips and camps, as well as to represent Warren County for state project and leadership opportunities.

Warren County Scholarship Application

This application is unique to Warren County, but provides graduating seniors with options to earn one of Warren County specific scholarships.

APPLICATION DEADLINE for all these awards, trips and scholarship funds is Monday, January 28, 2019

Review Option: Consider submitting your form by the “soft” deadline” of January 11, 2019. 4-H Educator Kara Colvin is willing to review your paperwork and make suggestions for ways you can improve your OAR and/or scholarship application.

December 27, 2018 – Two long time advisors will host a short Q&A at the Extension office. If you have questions or are seeking additional feedback on your form please feel free to stop by between 12:00pm (noon) and 2:00pm. It is encouraged to bring your form on a USB. Also, your form should be started and mostly complete.
