Ohio Achievement Records

The OAR is the key to unlocking fun, exciting and educational trips as well as state recognition for their 4-H member project work?

The Ohio Achievement Record is used as the selection tool for several local and state opportunities. The OAR is available in December and must be returned to the Warren County Extension office by January 26, 2018.

Teens are eligible to represent Warren County on one of 4 statewide trips and camps, as well as to represent Warren County for state project and leadership opportunities.

Warren County Scholarship Application

This application is unique to Warren County, but provides graduating seniors with options to earn one of 9 Warren County specific scholarships.

APPLICATION DEADLINE for all these awards, trips and scholarship funds is Friday, January 26, 2018

Review Option: Consider submitting your form by the “soft” deadline” of January 12, 2018. 4-H Educator Kara Colvin is willing to review your paperwork and make suggestions for ways you can improve your OAR and/or scholarship application.
