April 1, 2025, 4-H membership deadline to be eligible to exhibit at the 2025 Warren County Fair.
May 1, 2025, Ownership, complete possession & continual care deadline for all breeding rabbits & market rabbit dams.
May 4, 2025, Market Rabbits must be born after this day.
June 1, 2025, Call in Deadline for Market Rabbits. Does must be tattooed prior to calling in.
June 2, 2025, Non-Market Rabbit Tattooing ($2 per head- proceeds will go towards fair activity for rabbit exhibitors)
June 16, 2025, Fair entries are due to warrencounty4hfairohio.fairentry.com by 4:30pm.
June 28, 2025, Mandatory 4-H Livestock Interviews.
June 30, 2025, Mandatory Market Rabbit tattooing. Must bring doe & litter to tattooing.
August 29, 2025 Deadline to have buyer thank you notes written and brought to the OSU Extension office in a stamped envelope or you will be ineligible to sell at the 2026 Warren County Fair
Fair Schedule:
Friday, July 11th 12:00 Noon Pen assignments are available, and fair set-up may begin.
Sunday, July 13th 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. All breeding & market rabbits must be brought to the fairgrounds. No rabbits may be placed in cages until they are checked in.
Sunday, July 13th 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Market rabbit weigh-in (Rabbit Barn—Bldg. H) (Must declare pen of 3 at time of weigh-in. No re-weighs after you leave the table)
Monday, July 14th 10:00 a.m. Goat, Llama/Alpaca, Poultry & Rabbit exhibitor meeting (Building C)
Tuesday, July 15th 12:00 noon Deadline to scratch market rabbits from the sale.
Tuesday, July 15th 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Rabbit Skillathon (Building I)
Wednesday, July 16th 9:00 am Market Rabbit & Showmanship Show
Thursday, July 17th 9:00 am Breeding Rabbit Show
Friday, July 18th, 10:00 am Rabbit Costume Class- Rabbit Barn (Rabbit exhibitors only)
Saturday, July 19th, 10:00 a.m. Junior Fair Livestock Sale-Rabbits, Turkeys, Chickens, Ducks, Goats, Lambs, Feeder Calves & Market Beef (Building E)
Saturday, July 19th, 11:00 p.m. Rabbit projects released.
