2026 County Born Market Lamb Registration Form
Important Dates:
April 1, 2026, 4-H membership deadline to be eligible to exhibit at the 2026 Warren County Fair.
April 8, 2026 Lottery Lamb Selection 6pm Building H (Rabbit Barn)
May 1, 2026, Ownership, complete possession & continual care deadline for all sheep projects. Deadline to register your market lambs using the 4-H Online system. A front view and side view pictures are required.
May 1, 2026, County-born market lamb registration papers are due at the OSU Extension office by 4:30 p.m.
June 15, 2026, Online fair entry deadline. Online registration is required and is available at warrencounty4hfairohio.fairentry.com. No paper copies will be accepted.
June 27, 2026, Mandatory 4-H Livestock Interviews.
August 31, 2026, Deadline to have buyer thank you notes written and brought to the OSU Extension office in a stamped envelope or you will be ineligible to sell at the 2026 Warren County Fair.

Friday, July 17th 12:00 Noon Pen assignments are available, and fair set-up may begin.
Saturday, July 18th, 6:00 p.m. All sheep projects may begin arriving at the fair.
Sunday, July 19th, 10:00 a.m. Deadline for all sheep projects to be in place on the fairgrounds. Market lambs must be uniformly sheared to comply with the fair rule.
Sunday, July 19th, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon Veterinary inspection of all sheep projects. Sheep must be uncovered and in their assigned pens.
Sunday, July 19th 12:00 Noon Market lamb weigh-in (Building C)
Monday, July 20th, 9:00 a.m. Beef, hog, sheep, dairy & meat goat exhibitor meeting (Building E)
Monday, July 20th, 9:00 a.m. Sheep Showmanship, Lottery Lamb Class, and Market Lamb Show (Building E)
Wednesday, July 22nd, 12:00 Noon Deadline to scratch market lambs from the sale.
Wednesday, July 22nd, 11:00am-2:00pm Sheep Skill-a-thon (Building I)
Wednesday, July 22nd, 12:00 Noon Deadline to scratch market lambs from the sale.
Friday, July 24th, 9:00 a.m. County-born market lamb and Lottery Lamb Show (Building E)
Friday, July 24th, 7:00 p.m. Announcement of Sheep Premier Exhibitor (Intermission before awards are announced for the Grand Showman of Showmen Contest)
Saturday, July 25th, 10:00 a.m. Goat, lamb, cattle, rabbit & poultry sale (Building E)
Saturday, July 25th, 11:00 p.m. Sheep projects released
