2024 General Project Guidelines

Important Dates and Information:

MONDAY, JUNE 17th by 4:30pm. All projects will need to complete a fair entry using FairEntry. FairEntry will open Wednesday, May 15th.

THURSDAY, JULY 11th Clothing and Nutrition projects are judged at the Event Center at the Warren County Fairgrounds. Details to follow.

SATURDAY, JULY 13th Most General projects will be judged on in the Event Center. They will be judged by project, according to the interview-judging schedule. The General Project Schedule will be emailed to each participant. You should arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled time. No one should arrive later than 10 minutes past their scheduled time to be judged. Judges will be released throughout the morning once their scheduled judging times have passed.

Following judging, participants must take their project display area in Bldg I for fair display. Exhibitors who choose to use a poster as their exhibit must follow poster guidelines. Your educational display, poster size must be no larger than 22"x 28" on flat poster board, displayed horizontally. Do not use foam board, trifold or any poster board mounted on stiff backing unless the project section specifically requires tri-fold, etc. Shadow boxes, overlays, or three- dimensional posters are not permitted. Each poster must be clearly labeled in the lower right corner, in a space no larger than 3"x5" with the exhibitor’s name, club, and project.

SUNDAY, JULY 21st between 10 am and Noon. All General Project displays must be picked up from Bldg I.
