Teens who would like our 4-H Educator, Kara Colvin, to review their applications and make recommendations for improvement must turn their forms in by the "Soft Deadline" of January 11.
Everyone who submits a scholarship application or an OAR will receive a letter in February with their assigned interview time on Saturday, February 23.
